Bulldozer bug!

Selecting the bulldozer when there is a building behind the bulldozer icon deletes the building behind the icon! This has caused me numerous cities because I forgot to 'make sure' nothing is behind that icon before selecting it. I want to select the bulldozer not delete whatever happens to be behind the icon! This is such a pain in my..... game.

Yeah.
This is really big issue and easy to fix and it still exist in the game.
