Completed game but missing Diary Entry

I've just completed the game with both endings and all the achievements. Had a good time, enough head scratchers without feeling incompetent. To get 100% the only thing I'm missing seems to be the diary entry between the skull key and the super/skull key and the rusty robot husk.

From looking at a guide it seems like it might be something to do with the guy who wants a drink, but I spoke to him before and after giving him a drink but had no diary entry. (Location 66).

Can anyone tell me how to trigger this diary entry? (@cherry soup)
