Report a translation problem
Sad to say, at the moment we have no real support to change controls and no clear time-frame when this might be coming either.
That said, I did a quick search and I have two options you might pursue until we have a better, official, solution to present.
Note that both are unsupported by us, use at your own discretion.

Actually most (if not all of those) are leftover data from a plugin we used in development, it created a lot of junk-data, and that slipped through our fingers before releasing unfortunately.
I think that your best bet at this point is to try and remap u, i, j & k to other buttons with a key remapper, but its not an optimal solution long-term. :)

At this point the idea is to stay in the middleground between fight simulator and arcade fighting.
That is, have the real world rules and score system (if they make sense for the game) and that the player need to focus on balancing their stamina use when attacking and blocking, rather than having a health bar.
