Coordinates

When you're waiting in line for the police officer, the screen will flash black with a coordinate shown on screen every time you click wait behind each person waiting in line. There are 3 people, and each time you click it a new coordinate is shown. The first, N 1359.74891.268, the second N 1359.74891.269, the third N 1359.74891.270. There is no East-West coordinate that I could find in the game to pinpoint a location. Does anyone know anything about this?
