Achievements not working ?

I have died more than 5 times but not getting the "Died 5 times" achievement. Part of playing the game for me is the achievements. Anyone else have this problem ?

No idea about linux, I got all of them playing on windows 10 today.

UPDATE:

Ok, so I did a bit if searching and testing. It turns out that I cannot even open the steam overlay for this game while in game. I think the file needed for this is "libsteam_api.so", but that file is no where to be found in the Blaite files directory. I copied the file from another game and added it into my "lib" directory and also my root directorfy of the game, but still nothing. No steam overlay and no achievements :(

I also tried to verify my local files, but it just says "all files verified successfully".

When launching the game from the terminal, I also saw an error about a file not found "nacl_irt_x86_64.nexe" so I copied that from another game and the error went away.

Still cannot get any achievements or steam overlay.

Any help or advice from the devs ?
