I didn't expel still no pop up of achievement?

Do not expel anyone during The Exodus from the Sahara trial.

I did do "reform". Is it then just assimilate and nothing else?

i have the same problem. i tried with and without reforming. both wont get it to me

how on earth would you do that? Unless you specifically go for that one achievement all your playthrough.

You need 200 food at the start of the trial, which is hard but by no means impossible. You should probably assume that some of these achievements are going to distort a playthrough. This one doesn't need to be the sole objective, but stockpiling that amount of food at that point of the game and throwing it all on this will hurt quite a bit.
