Hospitable host issue

Hello all,
Loving the game so far, had a question regarding the achievement Hospitable host. Is it bugged or am I missing something? I have tried several to complete the even without using expel people. Can I not use reform either?

I have just attempted this without also using reform. I do not use expel, just assimilate. What am I doing wrong?

I got the achievement by passing the trial on the first turn, using only food. You will need over 200 units of food, which you can get if there are 3 food tribes around your starting position and you rob each of them every 10 turns.

Before turn 35 you will have robbed the closest food tribe twice, started robbing it once more before turn 41. At turn 41, you need to have explored enough to find 2 other food tribes and start robbing them too. From this point on until the Desertification of the Sahara trial, you will constantly have 2 on-going robberies (either 2 food tribes, or 1 food tribe and another production tribe).

The events Greening of the Sahara, Great Hunt help, as does worshipping Nut or researching Fishing, Baldari Culture, Amratian Culture quickly.

This worked for me as well. Didnt have to rob any other tribes tough. Make saves every 5-10 turn and keep workers below 14 or 18.
