Big news: LoopiaLike is going Free to Play on May 1st, 2026!

What's changing?

🎮 The base game becomes FREE — The 3 original characters (Frost Mage, Pyromancer, and Storm Caller) will remain available to everyone at no cost.

🧙 7 new characters arrive as DLC at $1.99 each:
- Arcanist (Arcane)
- Shadow Blade (Shadow)
- Druid (Nature)
- Wind Runner (Wind)
- Geomancer (Earth)
- Paladin (Light)
- Void Walker (Void)

Bundle deals:
- Elemental Trio (Arcanist + Shadow Blade + Druid) — $4.49 (25% off)
- All Mages Pack (all 7 characters) — $7.94 (43% off)

🏆 If you already bought the game...

You'll receive all 7 DLCs completely FREE! Early Access supporters will automatically have all DLC characters unlocked. You don't need to do anything — they'll appear in your Steam library.

Update v0.2.1 — DLC System, Save Fix & Druid Passive

Hey Wizards! 👋

A new update is now live with important improvements under the hood and a key bugfix:

🛒 DLC CHARACTER SYSTEM
• Added the full DLC infrastructure for upcoming premium character packs. 7 new mages are on the way — stay tuned for more details soon!
• Characters not yet owned will appear in the selection screen with a preview, so you can check them out before purchasing.

🐛 BUG FIXES
• Fixed fused weapons losing their base stats when saving and loading a run. Your fused builds now correctly preserve all stats across sessions.
• Fixed several edge-case validation checks across combat, enemy spawning, and loot systems.

⚔️ GAMEPLAY
• Druid now heals when picking up experience orbs — lean into that nature magic fantasy!

🎨 UI IMPROVEMENTS
• Fusion Tree screen: improved card spacing, margins, and badge visibility for a cleaner look.
• Weapon cards no longer display redundant texture data.
