Once I tried online support, but just realized that the method was not good and started over.
I'm really sorry to keep you waiting. I definitely do my main job and it's definitely slow.
In spring, I want to release something, including an online mode test
I'd really like to play this new version ! I don't have a switch unfortunately :(
What's this ?
I'm currently preparing the Switch version of the stage with the addition of network functionality. I'm finally at the point where I can test all the features on Steam. I'm sorry that the network support took longer than expected.
However, I'd like to release it separately from this Steam version. (The maximum number of players is different, and the specifications are different.)
I would like to change the name of this old version, as the same name might be confusing.
I was thinking of "PICO PARK:Prototype" or "PICO PARK:Old Version " and it was showing a halfway state. If you have a better way to call it, please let me know.
Please wait a little longer. Best regards.
“Old” sounds obsolete so no one would buy this version unless they understand that they need it for more than 8 local players.
If you want to change the name of this version and have the new version just have the name Piko Park I would suggest using the word “classic” or “original”. Classic means it’s old but still holds good quality and is a very positive word.
I would suggest something like:
Piko Park: Classic
Piko Park: Classic Edition
Piko Park: Classic 2-10 local players
I saw another game use the terminology Classic Edition for the old version and Enhanced Edition for the improved version:
Lance A Lot: Classic Edition
Lance A Lot: Enhanced Edition
”Edition” means “published version” and implies that it is largely the same game.
I think I'll go for "PICO PARK : Classic Edition", it's simple and conveys the meaning!
Thank you very much!

I've now added it to the More Than 4 Local Multiplayer curator.
