Multiple endings?

Does this game have multiple endings? I feel like it does, since there's a lot of dialogue and it seems that my early choices (e.g. telling the front desk girl that I'm wearing a bathroom) often come up later on in the story.

Yes there's 3 endings, 2 are actual endings and 1 is choice ending

There could be more but I don't know of them.

Three endings, real end you do not face the psychiatric and the girl dies, second end you die after choosing your mask in my mistake is blue, third end you face the psychiatric boss and the rest occurs as the first end.

I wish there was an ending where we let the headhunter live maybe with DLC it has more endings
