Game stuck in wrong language

For some reason, it seems the game is stuck in an asian script for me (japanese or korean), and I can't get it to switch to English. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, looking for info elsewhere but I can't find anything about it.

Has anyone else encountered this, and was there something that fixed it?

I guess OP already solved it but for anyone looking for the answer: the fourth option from the top in the main menu is language. Just keep pressing it until you have the language you want.

I tried to find Russian. There is neither Russian nor even English in the menu. After the change to Asian language.
