Psychotherapy Achievement?

Any ideas how to unlock it? If you look at the achievements, you can see, that there are 2 different pictures, one with the therapist and the other one with a locked TV. Maybe we need to input a code at the level select?

I tried that but i think there are some flags that need to be saved and idk how far ahead in one mission one have to go to trigger that.

is there any point where you shouldnt skip the sessions exept the part with electrohead and refusing to take the drug to make him angry?

I hang up in the iirc 2 occasions you can do that (tutorial+electrohead), I refused to take the drug/talked to electrohead, killed guys at the prison, told him to ♥♥♥♥ off in the iirc 2 therapy sessions where you can do it and got the desired effect.

There are moments where he reminds you of discretion after a mission but I don't know if that can be avoided. (e.g. "killing" the Murdower Hotel receptionist might annoy your employer)

Not sure if you have to trigger absolutely everything to piss him off, but there isn't that much you have to do and only a few missions must be played in a specific way for this.

u must do everything to anger the theraphist EVERYTHING and then talk to him in bunker part 2

Just got it. Jeez this game needs an option to skip cutscenes. But the payoff for getting it is really good though.

I did not kill him someone with a gun did
I never got a choice to refuse a drug

After the Electrohead mission you can talk to your therapist and refuse the drug if you pick the right dialog options. It seems to be the only thing you're missing to get the achievement.
