Talk to Electromouse at the end of the club and shake him down about the drug. The next day ask the therapist about the drug and then when given the option to refuse keep selecting it. You'll get Refused Medication.

Any luck yet, I ran through all the scenes with him and just kept interupting... it went well for a while... but I think I messed something up. I am about to try going backwards to make him more and more mad and see if branching the dialgogue in some places helps.

Hang up on him a bunch in mission 1
Talk to electtrohead and refuse then talk to the therapist telling him you talked to electrohead then tell him you dont want the drug.
Kill everyone in the prison
Then just keep interrupting and telling him ♥♥♥♥ you till you eventually get to bunker 2's scene and boom

Question: Can i do the tasks above, and choose to go back to the main menu?
idk what has been going wrong with my tries, i've replayed the entire game trying to mess up with literally everyone and i've still haven't gotten the psychotherapy dialogue with him. Anyone experienced something similar, or can explain what i've been doing wrong? Do i have to play the stages up until the end after pestering him out?
