It's possible that Zero drank coolant on day 1, but since the masked men only show up in Zero's apartment on day 5, Zero would've had to preserve the coolant water until day 5 for that to be the poison.

Also, given that Juncture is basically megacorporation, and and masks are juncture "authorities", whatever they said about poisoning tea kinda makes sense.
I don't see any indication that the masked men are at all associated with juncture.
Well, given that the owner of club Neon is called Sterling Silver, and megacorporations kinda used to own everything and anything, i don't see why not. that could be a bit far fetched though
