I can not use the weapon, the loadout is still locked, while in the store owned. is there something similar to me? if the game still can run smoothly no obstacles

Cannot play after last patch----->simply uninstall uplay from programs/apps. Then press Play from steam library, you might get an access error, just press play again and it should work. Don't bother uninstalling the game, verifying cache, messing with drivers, etc...Uplay needs an update and for some it's not working correctly. Hope this helps.
