thanks for reaching out.
I'm sorry that you both are affected by the same problem.
I'd first recommend taking a look at this guide and following the troubleshooting steps if you haven't already -> click here[ubi.li]
Please keep us updated on the situation.
Hello Kubiq, thanks for your answer on this topic, however, that guide didn't help.
I recently acquired Breakpoint and I'm going through the same situation. I acquired it via Key and activated it successfully in Ubisoft Connect.
I'm wondering if this issue is caused by a mismatch of data-base information, where the game is present in our account, but the content is not available to us in Ubi's data-base. What do you think?
thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry that you are also affected by this issue.
There could be multiple reasons why the game is crashing for you on launch. We'll do our best to help you solve this so that you can enjoy the game.
Can you confirm if the game is installed on the same drive as Ubisoft Connect and Steam?
Could you try creating a new Windows profile and testing the game to see if it launches? -> Click here[ubi.li]
Unfortunately, that didn't work for me.
However, back at the main profile, I tried running Ubisoft Connect as Admin and this time there is an error message:
"Unable to start the game - This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later."
Do you have any tips on this?
- Exit Ubisoft Connect (ensure it is not running in the background)
- Launch the game from Steam
- Log in to Ubisoft Connect when prompted
- Link your account if given the opportunity
This should allow you to launch the game successfully.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, several players have found that restarting your PC can help. Please let me know whether this helps ☺️
I've tried this, as well as tried to reinstall the EasyCheat and made sure it is set to Automatic in Services(Local) as suggested in the Case #22506328 on Ubisoft Support. Also reinstalled the AntiCheat. Any other suggestions??? I don't even play online, so is there a work around?
Hey there, I am glad that you were able to solve this problem by reinstalling Windows. It is not an ideal solution, I agree. Thank you for update.
@Pondskipper I am sorry that the issue persists for you. Could you please follow the following guides, step by step and then test the game?
- System files Check[ubi.li]
- Clean Boot[ubi.li]
Thank you.
I tried that and it did not help.
this is an "UBI" game , buy from UBI = no issues than!
