Wildlands Infinite loading screen after launch (Tried everything) 2024

So I recently installed Wildlands (June 30, 2024) and tried to run the game. But it always gets stuck in the part right after launching the game. It either stays like that or it enters a black out screen. Unfortunately, it remains like that for more than an hour before I decided to force restart my computer. Somehow, my playtime still gets registered despite not being able to get to the menu or even the introduction.

I've seen many threads about potential solutions and fixes that people have discovered but none of them seem to work. Please note I purchased the game in steam.

Things I have tried:
- Uninstall/Reinstall Ubisoft Connect
- Cleared Ubisoft cache
- Verifying file integrity
- Uninstall/Reinstall Game
- Run as admin
- ensured all drivers/system up to date
- C++ Visual all included (even re-installed)
- and many more listed potential solutions*

(I even reset my computer...)

Please advise on any potential solutions that could help me run the game in order to enjoy it.

For everyone who has the problem and has a "new" Intel CPU, there could be a fix to fix the bug. Since the 12th generation, Intel has relied on a hybrid architecture in which performance and efficiency cores are used. However, the efficiency cores can lead to this error pattern. watched the video did not work for me, I am so frustrated. Funny it works on my desktop but not on my brand new gaming laptop. all other games works just fine. like RDR2 and so on.

I’m having the same damn issue still… had it with my last laptop ryzen 5 rtx 3050ti.
Now I have an Alienware intel core ultra 7, and an rtx 4070… SAME EXACT ISSUE. this was the last good game they ever put out. I’m uninstalling and never touching their games again…

having the same issue but a bit different. works on my cheap school laptop, but not my gaming laptop

Put your game into windows 7 compatibility mode and run it as an administrator, I also clicked no when steam asked me
