Cant play with friends

Hello i cannot play with friends on the game it says my nat type is strict and whenever we try to join eachother there is a error

Hey MangoFracht423,

Sorry to hear it.
Strict NAT will most likely not let you connect to other people.
The security level is set to high.
Lower the security / firewall settings on your router by one step and check the game again.
If you don't know how to do it, ask someone who knows. We cannot guide you through your router configuration settings.
