Screen size
When I load the game up it appears on a tiny screen in the middle - approximate size of 2.5 inches by 2, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same happens, how do I get it to appear as a full screen?

Over 2400 hrs this isnt an issue for me it always open in full screen

You probably need to increase your resolution in the graphics settings in Steam.

You just go to the settings and increase it that way, there are video settings and graphic settings in the game, it loads like that for most people.
