Missing Spec Ops Crate

Did all the challenges for the week but I have not received the crate that I am supposed to.

What can I do now?
Already tried reloading the save file and restarting the game, multiple times. Neither worked.

If you read the post and looked at the second picture, you would see there is nothing to open. I would not have made this post otherwise.

I also already tried pressing enter just in case and nothing happens. It just said F to go to the store.

No, I never received this crate and the issue has not repeated. The option to buy ten crates at once is also still blocked by the "Maximum Quantity Owned" message.

I wish I could tell you it got sorted and how it happened but I never got any further responses from Ubisoft nor did the issue resolve itself. We are just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ out of a crate it seems.
