i cant run my game, it says file corrupted..wtf i just bought it and i cant play it ♥♥♥♥

What is your OS? Did you run the game previously?

windows 8, it doesn't load, it says it wont work coz of file was corrupted

If that is the case then it should be in the quarantine folder. If you trust that file(some game file), then make an exception for that file.

Make sure you verify Steam files first, so a corrupted file can be replaced (re-downloaded)
As it was advised above, you will need some (2-3) exceptions for this game. Mostly Windows Defender + AntiVirus. Once you have that set up, it should work. GL

Had this issue on a second PC.. random file corruption. Reinstalled the game on a different drive (a SSD instead of magnetic) and problem went away. This is despite verifying a dozen times, only re-install on a different drive fixed it.

is it for real that when i was downloading the game it has 56GB, while when i saw it in the local files it is 70GB

Windows firewall procedure.

I suggest you first identify what is that reason which is corrupting your files. It can be a virus too. Run a Full system scan. Then Use a manual defragmentation software if you're still using an HDD and check for sector corruption or, use chkdsk.
