Blurry textures at ranges of 200m!?
This is an issue that started a couple updates back; and I can't for the life of me figure out what is going on.

Whenever I scope in with a sniper or binoculars, the textures become really blurry. I have
-Textures set to Ultra, and using SMAA
-Tried Temporal AA and FXAA
-All DOF settings disabled.
-I re-enabled all DOF, turned each setting off one by one
-I verified the GRW config, and FarRangeBlur=0. I also tried making the GRW read only.
-I have verified the files on Steam.
-I have a 1060. My friend has the same issue on a 1070

It's really frustrating. I thought this was a result of the Ghost Wars PVP. But I'm reading threads about people still getting long range shots.

5y necro.. pointless - it´s by design. These days all #top sniper games use a similar approach. This is WILDLANDS, not CS:GO.. adapt & overcome :AetherRay:

Seems like bokeh effect, working as intended, it blurs very far objects. I went to that spot and that mountain/hill where OP is aiming is at 1.5 KM away.

It isn't 211 meters away, binoc/drones show range wrong when it's too far (usually last range which it could find).

I would assume that this is by design indeed. Something to do with a basic field depth I'd say.
