As Sir. Vapenation has kindly advised, you should have the option to create a separate save file within Ghost Recon Wildlands, as you can have up to three different characters.
Any paid items will remain with you across these three save files, but any unlockable / in-game items should not be present.
You cannot wipe all data as some of this is stored on our servers (such as your stats) however if you're wanting to be able to play the campaign from the beginning etc., starting a new save file should be sufficient.
I hope this helps!

Can you provide an example of some of the weapons you've seen carried over? An image showing your inventory on your second character would be helpful as well, so that I can take a look.

If you would be willing to provide a short video showing your inventory, that would be ideal. I'm curious as to whether the items carry over into both save slots (2 and 3) or not as well, if you could test this?
What I can do once I have the video is query whether there's an issue or if the specific items showing are intended to show.
