NAT Status Offline
So I am encountering this issue with my brother. We bought the game a while ago on sale and started to duo it recently. At first all was working fine, we played through the first two zones without an issue. But during our third zone when we wanted to play, we started to get the NAT Status Offline during this "sitting on buggy" lobby screen.

I checked some proposed resolutions to it, but they mostly deal with router settings, and we play the game on our phone hotspots. But I don't really think that's the issue, cause it used to work fine with Moderate and Strict before. The network is there, cause we can play other games without much troubles (Borderlands 2, Contagion, Left4Dead, Shogun 2 and what else).

Is there a fix for this? Or any means to play a coop through LAN?

There have been a few people reporting the same issue, so it isn't your end. It is the game servers.

It´s related to Synchronizing (Uplay loading your player-profile)..
Usually happens when loading and logging in fast.. but also when you experience short DCs/Timeouts to the UBIsoft-servers.. even if your internet connection works

Since this means you cannot Start a game, I found it´s best to..
1. EXIT Lobby and wait 30-60sec.. or try loading STORE :D:)
2. then rejoin.. now it should be "NAT: OPEN" and you can restrict access to your session
-> whenever that is possible your connection with UBIsoft is ONLINE and you can start Session, do DailyChallenge, join Coop )

Hey there Schanez,

We are limited in the assistance we can offer as we do not recommend the use of mobile data when playing our online titles.

Particularly as when it comes to connection issues since we can't go through most of the relevant troubleshooting steps to ensure it isn't network based.

Is there no possible way for you to test the game via a broadband connection?

Either via ethernet or Wi-Fi?

No, sadly. But the trick with opening up the ingame Store before creating a game lobby has worked so far. NAT Status is on Moderate when we do that.

Thank you for getting back to us.

As mentioned support may be a little limited, however it's still recommended to try the troubleshooting steps {ENLACE ELIMINADO}

Understandably you may not be able to follow through with all of these steps as some may not be applicable.

If this issue persists please let us know!
