"operation silent spade" is broken and has my character in a "mission failed" loop

I was doing the missions in Media Luna province, when I noticed the silent spade mission. I started the mission, went to the base, stole the helicopter, until I got to the part where the other helicopters attack. I died and had to try again like 4 times, but I died every time to the same helicopters. Frustrated, I stopped playing that operation and went to complete other missions. When I unlocked the buchon killing mission, "El comandante", I had to go back to the base to kill El comandante and complete the province. When I went to the base, I got automatically detected, and the mission failure screen. Then, I was taken to a loading screen, and when the game finally loaded, I was put back infront of "little brother" who is the npc in the silent spade mission. This, for some reason, gave me an automatic detection, and I was caught in a loop of mission failure. After a few minutes, the game spawned me far away. When i went back to the base, to kill el comandante, again, I was put into this horrible loop and because of this I am unable to complete the "el comandante" mission, meaning I cant complete the province. Any help on how to fix this? De-selecting the mission on the map does nothing.

get someone finish el comandante for you while you are far away. Dont get closer or the Silent Spade will trigger

then, finish Silent Spade. After finish Silent Spade replay El comandante in your playstyle

Unfortunately, I have learned the hard way (just like you): don't ever start silent spade until you have 3 reliable buddy's and 2hrs because you are screwed if you don't finish!

As suggested above, do it in coop or try this. After trying this mission a good couple of time I got away with this:- after capturing the helicopter, dive into the canyon as fast as you can. Fly to the end of the canyon but dont exit. Hover there until you see the enemy copters approaching. They hover around a bit before they move on. You then can exit safely and land at the designated strip and continue with the rest of the mission.

i found a funny hotfix of this: the moment you respawn, you change your difficulty(I changed it to arcade), then youre temporarily out of the mission failed loop. From there you can either get out of the base and teleport out, or do the el comandante mission to complete the province. As far as i can tell the silent spade mission is still bugged and you'll be put into the loop again when you go near the base. idk if you can do anything to fix the bug but this is what i found to break out of the loop

it seems that if you kill el comandante this way and teleport out, you can go near the base (via chopper) and talk to spade and mission proceeds as normal, problem solved

I might be late to the party but I just let silent spade fail... You spawn right next to Little Brother, and that so happens to be in the exact mission spot as El Comandante. Note that Silent spade says "exit mission location to attempt again" something along those lines. So finish killing El Comandante... Exit mission location... No more instant mission failure on Silent Spade mission.
