Sorry to hear that your game keeps crashing.
Can you please perform all the troubleshooting steps listed in {LINK REMOVED}this article? Many thanks and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.

So @276407831 it's your CPU. And I will be really thankful if someone from ubisoft see this and somehow patch or fix this.
you must reinstall the game after changing vid cards.
You could have something blocking (PSU) airflow. One time I had the intake under the case, and carpet pile blocking. Shims under the feet was and is my wife's fix for that.
Your airflow could need cleaning (use canned air blasts only, go outside).
Power supplies lose capacity over time, due to aging capacitors.
Also perhaps you need a bit more power now?
Try FurMark video render exercise test (Google it) to confirm.
Also, perhaps you didn't plug in ALL the "auxiliary power" plugs on the card, or they are not fully seated.
Best way to troubleshoot the former capacity problems is to borrow a larger one and try it. The problem with this is the trouble doing so might be equal to buying a new 1000W PSU for you.
Hope this helps.
The case is also new MASTERBOX MB510L (2 years warranty).
I have bad case airflow because I have only one preinstalled fan.
Yesterday I used Heaven benchmark with no problems at all GPU and CPU 60-65 degree on extreme preset no crashes at all.
I also re-plugged (is that a thing) all of the plugs and connectors.
I have problems with The Division too but only in full-screen mode. It doesn't crash on windowed mode but in full screen, it crashes at the corona scene at the beginning.
Detailed PC specs:
PSU: Cooler Master MWE V2 750W
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X (without overclock or undervolt, stock)
GPU: ZOTAC GTX 1080 Mini (the only second hand in the build)
MBO: Asrock x570 Phantom Gaming 4 (Lastest BIOS)
RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 16GB 2X8 3200MHz
SSD: Silicon Power A55 2.5 512GB (Windows is installed on the same drive as the game)
CASE: Cooler Master MasterBox MB510 (Only one pre-installed case fan)
I think the problem here is the CPU.
In the "Event Viewer" I get error 8192 for every time when I start the game and the PC crash.
Updated the BIOS and about 1 hour of playing no crashes, no freezes at all. My BIOS ver. was 3.20 first update for Ryzen 5th gen, but finally, I managed to update it to ver. 3.42 and the game works completely fine.
Hello ! i had the same problem with my 5600x ! and i update all my pilots and bios.
The problem wasn't fixed. so i disable "AI overclock tuner" and "PBO Fmax enhancer" from the bios (asus rog bf-550) and everything is ok now... thank you for your approach that help me ;)
Glad to see you found the issue and resolved it.
I will lock this thread now.
