If the issue persists, could you provide us with more information? Are you getting any pop-up messages when trying to purchase more than 800 GR, or are you not provided the option to purchase more on the Ubisoft Store?

To bad ill be missing out on the bonus from buying larger packs. Ill continue to buy these small packs till youll all be driving ferraris i guess. lolz
Can you also confirm which storefront it is that you're using? If you look in the URL of the Ubisoft Store website, you should see an identfier, e.g. "ie" for the international store or "uk" for the UK store. What does yours say please?

I have a working debitcard(that the store accepts) with money. I have a login and a password, from my perspective that should be enough.
The first time I contacted support, 2 years ago, I was told it was because I could only make 2 transactions for every 24 hours. Now support want me to go incognito mode on my browser to fix it. I did try it, it did'nt work.
So I am out of luck I guess. I hope you in the future will fix this problem. I was going to buy the new watchdogs game, now I dont know if i'll even bother trying.

You mentioned reporting this issue first two years ago; was this in a support case? Do you recall the case number if so, so that I can take a look at what we recommended and how far the investigation went?
