Graphical problem
I dont know why im at custom settings with my graphics and the game looks really bad (even if i put it on very high preset it still looks bad) for example my biggest problem is the grass and lighting even tho its on very high the grass and tress look really pixeleted and the lighting its so bad that when i move the camera around everything looks pixeleted and the lighting glitching all over the grass n tress .

what im a doing wrong im now 2 days just messing around with the settings nothing looks to work normal

It's most likely the AA method you are using and the sharpening combined. Turn the sharpening down to zero (or no more than 10 percent) and try ENABLING TAA, or any of the other options until you find one that mitigates the issue.
