Game crashing from launcher

Anyone else having an issue where you click play, it loads ubisoft connect, you get the wildlands splash screen and then the game just quits before even loading all the way?

When I first tried to load the game, I got the "cannot find Uplay" error but I just went online and downloaded the Ubisoft connect app and was able to get passed that. It's once I click play now, it'll act like it's gonna load the game and then do nothing and go back to steam. Haven't tried the fix the other guy suggested yet since I'm at work

I have had it twice myself. Took a while to figure out the first time. Even opened a ticket with Ubisoft, they were no help.
