i can't open the game

Hi guys i am new on steam and i wanted from a lot of time to play this game, however after i bought it and after i click to open on my screen appears for an istant the image of ubisoft connect and then it disappear, however if i try to re open the game it says the the game is in execution even if i don't have any window where the game is open. It's an issue that is give me nerves. Some help?

God I hate those French ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so much. I played Wildlands on my Steam Deck via GeForce NOW no problem. Now all of a sudden I can't play on my main PC without Ubisoft connect having an epileptic seizure. I have never seen a company try their hardest to not want my money before.
