Launch Problems

Been searching for answers for days now but I can't find a solution or anyone else describing the issue I'm having. When I launch the game it opens the small windowed titlecard but it just sits like that forever without opening the game.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've done everything I could find on the internet but it's incredibly frustrating to just not be able to play a game for seemingly no reason (I've played as recently as february without any issues launching or playing)

yeah been having the same issue, raised a case on the 5th May, but their customer support is diabolical they dont give a flying f*** and dont like to reply to cases raised,,,,
