1. Try to connect though a VPN. Many free vpn's are available as Chrome Extensions.
2. Try different methods described in the internet, UPnP, router settings, port forwarding etc.
https://surfshark.com/blog/how-to-change-nat-type-on-pc
3. If your ISP is blocking those particular ports, there's no point opening them up through your router. Ask your ISP in that case.
4. Strict NAT generally cause high pings(at least in this game that I observed) that will lead to awful delays.
And when it comes to your security, never listen to any stranger in the internet, not even me without verifying from sources that you trust completely. Maybe they are just waiting for that.
RADMIN VPN
Other VPN's are mostly used for down loading torrents privately ! NOT FOR PLAYING GAMES THAT REQUIRE A SERVICE!
Luck with that nonsense!
ROUTER settings = ROFL. I have been wit this game used so many different ISP services over the decades ... never had to change anything in those routers !
Kids have no clue!
it is the Garbage you allow on your PC , that blocks . not your service nore the game!
been with PC's since 1978= YEP I know nothing!
I had to contact my internet provider and tell them to set a FIXED IP, it instantly went from Strict to Open and I've tried a lot of stuff before that, port fowarding, VPN, disabling firewall, even set on the DMZ of my router (very dangerous), it didn't work at all until I made the call to them.
Currently the configuration is, ports are open to the servers as instructed:
TCP: 14000
UDP: 3074-3083, 6000, 6180, 7000
All the other stuff I mentioned I've tried is default. (It seems it was the IP that was DINAMIC before)
Ps: I had to change my internet plan in which they charged me for that.
