Time out on operation watchman

Hi guys,

Once in a while on Operation Watchman I get mission failed due to time out. Anyone know how that works? You need to be inside the compound within a certain amount of time from when you get the coordinates? How much time do you have and from when does the countdown start?

Anyone know?

Thanks, but the time out I am talking about is after you started the mission. It seems you need to work your way into the compound in a certain time otherwise the mission will fail. But I completed it now on extreme so I guess it is more academic now.

This has always been an issue. Make sure that the mission icon isn't highlighted, as sometimes it puts itself into mission mode, even when miles away from the mission area.

Open the map, deselect the Operation Watchman mission and carry on doing what you were doing.

Other missions have occasionally done this too. It's an old bug from years ago that was never resolved.
