Ghost mode is the ultimate test. You only want to play this when you know the game by heart and got a decent strategy.
If you're playing on extreme (not worth it in ghost mode), be prepared and adjust for some nasty bugs. You can do all missions on advanced and finish tier 1 by picking a few specific missions to get it done. But when killed it's over ... restart from scratch. If you don't mind the progress ghost mode can be a fun survival mode, sort of, unless Unidad gets angry.
Then I've got some skills up and a few levels under my belt before I start taking on the mission engagements.
I had got all the toys from the "Prestige crates" before I tried Ghost mode, so that makes it easier too.
You have my condolences for your upcoming 100 deaths.
