Cannot load Ghost Recon Wildlands after Minor Update on Steam

Hey,

Not sure what is happening but when I started up Steam there was a minor update with Ghost Recon Wildlands. When the game goes to start me and my friend both are getting a message that says "Unable to Locate Uplay PC Please Reinstall Uplay PC" I did this action and still getting the same message. I am having the issue here in the Eastern part of the United States and my friend in Canada on the West Coast is having the same issue at the same time. Is this a Ubisoft issue or Steam? What can I do?

Same here. Tried re-installing Uplay, and verified files via the game properties on Steam. To make matters worse, I am on the last mission to complete the game. :(

I am having the same problem and turned in a support ticket to Ubisoft regarding the Uplay problem.
