Search for uplay_aux_r164.dll and uplay_r164.dll files and place them in your c:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher folder, then relaunch.

It worked perfectly, even if I have this game on Uplay only and not Steam (to help other gamers if needed).
