How to issue squad commands on PC?

I don't have the Steam version of this game; I got a REALLY good price on the Uplay store (that's why you don't see a mouse ownership icon). Anyway, I attracted a little too much enemy attention, and quickly hot-footed it out of the area so I wouldn't be found, and one of my teammates said something like, "Oh, crap! They found us—what do you want us to do?"

Now, the TAB key opens up the Squad Commands menu, but I will be God-damned if I can figure out how to change the default GoTo command to Regroup, which is what I want them to do, and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Options menu is completely USELESS in this regard (Gee, I wonder who the dumbkopf was that decided NOT issuing a PDF manual was a really great idea!). The damned arrow keys don't do a feckin' thing, and moving the mouse around just slews the accursed camera all over the place. Why have Squad Commands if you can't USE them?

Mouse scroll is what you use to make selection, Left Mouse Button to command the selection.
