Game Boot-up Speed
Is there a way to speed up how long it takes for the game to boot up. I currently have it on an SSD and when starting the game from Steam it takes about 2-3 minutes for the game to load.

High end processor and a high performance power plan. I've a 3900X and it takes 20-30s max.

I have a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF 3.61 GHz processor, which I would think would make it boot up quickly; Breakpoint loads in less than 20 seconds, but Wildlands takes 2-3 minutes. Is there some setting I might have that I need to change?

Okay. If selecting a high performance power plan does not change a thing, then literally your pc is running slow. Make some changes, like cleaning up. Try cleaning junk or relocating files from the desktop. Clean temporary files.

Do not fill your SSD more than 70%. Now this games takes a little longer than breakpoint but it should not take 2-3 mins based on your specs.

Did everything you pointed out and:
Set to high performance plan from balanced: no change
cleaned up my C drive: no change
the SSD is relatively new and is only 12% full so nothing to do there
Boot time is still 3:40-3:50 seconds.

If you have any other suggestions I would love to know as my friend on a much older system boots the game in sub 1:30. So there must be some fix. This is the only game I have this issue with.

Dont pay attention to those people telling you to keep a drive you use for games at 70%.. what a waste man.. That is only a good tip if you happen to plan writing a lot in that drive.. but a drive for games is a read only thing mostly but when you install new games, so the wear is very low.. so... you can fill it up, wont slow the reads, which is what matters when you are playing a game.

Not talking about the drive you've installed the game in. Talking about the system drive.
But there are other factors as well which can slow down an application boot cuz the application can have(must have) many OS dependencies which happens to be a part of the system.

You can read about this in this website.
https://www.easeus.com/partition-manager-software/does-ssd-get-slower-when-full.html#:~:text=This%20is%20because%20SSDs%20can,reasons%20the%20drive%20slows%20down.

Another thing I am gonna suggest is this.

Enable the fast startup option from the msconfig. This is one of the processes which can limit the potential number of startup threads and boost your PC.

Read about it here.
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-do-i-make-programs-start-faster-just-after/bee45271-3795-4016-a715-9bf4d555181b

Let me know if anything has improved.

Answer these additional details,
1. How many eons ago you formatted your PC?
2. Size of your system drive and how old is it?
3. Heavy startup? Too many applications starts in the system tray when you just start your PC?
4. Any MOD that you've installed previously or, presently using?
