How can I ask the rebels for a military helicopter??? (Apache) when I get into multiplayer people ask for them and I already have level 3

It's not about Leveling up a skill....
Have you seen daily tasks of 800 and team tasks of 200-400?!
If yes, then by doing them you get the currency for which you buy boxes and things fall out there)))

And there will be 1) transport, 2) new clothes , 3) new weapons, 4) Skins and looks) , 5) Animations , 6) cheers and commands , 7) assets.

And there are helicopters in the game.... 1) Conventional transport , 2) Cargo Transport , 3) rocket , 4) cluster , 5) machine guns , 6) two-seater (rocket pilot), second-machine gun) , 7) heavy helicopter (rocket pilot, two machine guns on each side ) ,

Yep only in the Lucky Dip crates.
The Rebels only have the basic stuff, you will have to steal one on the map.

U need open Spec Ops crates, prestige crates... until u get the Apache (u can open the crates for free)

SpecOps crates are the best choice, but it´s daily Grind for free ..or RMT 💰
Therefore you get a minimum RNG crate with no doubles ever (see Chapter ->Crates)

Shouldnt be that much of a grind. I basically got all the stuff via doing task force and solo challenges within like two months. Most of the quests are actually pretty easy and they dont take much time to complete.

I guess the best method to save time and get the most of it is to complete all the 3 (or eventually 4 with task force) tasks in 5 days in a single week so that way you can get the final reward (spec ops crate). Meanwhile you can level yourself in tier one, which yields extra points and at last you can regularly vote for ghost war events (its just a single click) and you get additional 200 prestige credits.
