solution: deleted related folder in my documents. works fine again.

title. despite numerous clean (by clean, i mean deleting any trace of the game files off my system before attempting an install) reinstalls, the game won't launch anymore. it will attempt to launch and just instantly close before the actual game launches. i also tried to manually re-install EAC and that didn't help. i tried verifying the integrity of game files before attempting reinstall. i tried removing all launch arguments... it was working fine until yesterday. idk what happened but this is annoying.

Make sure you don't have a firewall or antivirus blocking ubisoft connect or the game.

this wasn't the issue either, also not using windows' horrendous AV, i'm using kaspersky and have made sure that steam and my games are whitelisted. found the culprit to be remnant data from reshade that was sitting in my documents.

i eve report this issue to ubisoft it almost more than 48 hours but they also not responded in this matter i have same issue with Breakpoint also

This isn't an ubisoft issue, that's something on your end.

Make sure you don't have a firewall or antivirus blocking ubisoft connect or the game (disable all system security temporarily to test this).
Make sure you have no broken mods like the thread creator, delete all mods if you ever installed any.
Make sure you have an updated graphic drivers and operational system installed.

Ubisoft games are working for everyone except the few people that have blocked or improperly installed their games.

FIXED THE ISSUE
Hello, I had the same issue but managed to fix it.
When I tried to launch the game using the actual "GRW.exe" file in the game folder, I got an "MSVCR110.dll" error. Anyways a quick google search helped me find that the issue was that I did not have an older version (2012) of Visual C++ downloaded. The game doesn't work with the newer ones for some reason . I just downloaded it and that fixed it.
