First person mod

What's first person have anything to do with COD ? Besides the fact COD is a fps ? Nice input.

Tried it for the first time today with my brother. We really wanted to play through the campaign again and saw this mod and i must say it is really cool. It's like a whole different feeling and with a quite high FOV the world even looks way bigger in my opinion. It's deffo something you should try I'd say.

Yeah I thought it looked pretty cool from videos I saw. Did you adjust the fov or was it preset ? Thanks for the response

it was the same as i had it before, on 50% in the normal ingame settings but with the the mod the FOV slider's range is way bigger, so 50% with this is more than without it in third person, just try it out and see what works the best for you, everything higher than 50 is just quake or cod and everything below is just nothing i can handle anymore because i want to see enough around me and now that you can't peek around a corner that easy anymore you should test it just out so you are aware of everything around you.

Me and my friends play first person, way better than the third person experience. The game should have had it by default.

We switch to third person when driving vehicles though.

I like the FPS mode, it makes the game play better honestly. the third person camera movement is so jankity. Also makes CQC easier since you can go into FPS and move around corners easier.

I honestly thought I was't going to be able to use the FP mod because it's a bit outdated but it actually works. Definitely get the .EXE download though since CE is scuffed. But yeah it actually helps combat a bit in close quarters because u can see the enemy most times before they see you. Same with being in like a treeline and stuff, easier to hide and more immersive

yea it is, many people play it and never got a problem myself, only found out that the game notices that you replace the easy anti cheat files so you can only play together with other people who did the same apparently.
