A Multi milionaire company like Ubisoft can't get to start a game. Congrats.
2. Check for system32 corruption.
Run Command Prompt with admin.
type sfc /scannow.
Tell us what you see.
3. There was a recent perfnet bug causing troubles. See if you have any .net Framework updates in your Windows update menu. Update your PC if needed.
4. Disable mods and check integrity.
5. Look for graphics driver updates.
6. Try compatibility settings and try to run it windowed.
Try these things and let us know if there's any improvement.
To be honest I am running this game from 2017 without any error. except those ribera combo which is a server thing. Blame the right company, that's Windows for you, not Ubisoft. They even stopped updating the game. If nothing is changing from their side then the only culprit remains, "Windows and his Bill Gates".
1. My Startup Apps are disabled on everything. I do that on purpose and I always worked like that.
2. I have done that yesterday. It found one file corrupted and fixed it. But that happened like 2 days ago, still this time no errors
3. I am sitting on the newest everything on Win 10
4. Mods ? I don't use mods and integrity is already checked by me 5 times. also redownloaded freshly once.
5. Tried old ones, tried newest ones no hope.
6. Already did was the 1st thing I did, because some old Games like Ghost Recon Future Soldier were working after those procedures.
This like most ubisoft games only runs through it and requires internet access to work

and you sure that the correct steam account is bounded with the correct Ubiaccount?
Maybe give administrator permission to the ubisoft client executable as well so you know it isn't any permission error.
Games crashing right at the start could also be a sign of a bad overclock, if you have overclocked anything try running with stock values again and see if it helps.
Already tried, Can't overclock an i5-13500, the GTX 1060 6GB is bone stock. RAM is stable.
