How exactly to upgrade the rebel vehicle delivery service?

I am having a bit of a difficult time finding a thorough guide on how to upgrade the vehicle drop off feature, including location of the challenges that are required to upgrade it to get the different vehicles. Can anyone shed some light on this?

You have to complete Vehicle Drop-Off side missions to fully upgrade your vehicle delivery service, those are the green missions that you have to breach doors and hack a computer.

You can only unlock a total of 3 vehicles, regular SUV, armored SUV and a Simple helicopter.

The only way to unlock more and better vehicles is by opening Battle crates that you attain by completing daily quests or leveling up in tier mode (past level 30).

1. Look for information from lieutenants in a region marked by ⓘ, upside down.
2. Choose Locate Rebel Ops(press 3 on keyboard) missions from the list, in interrogation.
3. Look for green missions in that area marked like this, ((x)).
This will raise your vehicle drop off skills.

Some vehicles are quite good, for instance the Unidad Armored SUV that you unlock can be used to infiltrate Unidad bases.

They not only open the gates for you but also ignore your presence unless you get extremely close to them, I've completed many missions inside unidad bases with the armored SUV by straight up entering through the main gate, parking somewhere inside the base, completing the objective and leaving with the SUV without alerting anyone.
