Are the DLC's worth it?

I played this game a while back and had a lot of fun. Interested in picking it up on PC and I wanted to know if the DLC were good enough to warrant paying almost double given the sale price.

If it's the PvE content you're looking for, stick to the Year 1 pass.

fallen ghosts is great, it adds a bunch of specials which shouldve been added to the base game. narco road on the other hand is solo only and aside from the cutscenes is pretty lame.

I wish there was a separate pack just for peruvean connections which is the only dlc I would be interested since it adds a new boss to the base game campaign.

But that alone isn't worth double the price and since I'm not interested in narco road or fallen ghosts because both are separate from the campaign I ended up just picking the base game.
