"Access the store to unlock this item"

So I'm looking through the patches in the game, and wanted to use some of the gear patches (specifically the Leviathan)

It says to access the store, but I have, and yet I don't have access to it; nor can i find a spot to buy it. I've tried holding "b" which redirects me to the store, but not in a manner that shows how to get it.

I know it's pretty small, and doesn't really matter; but I would like to figure it out. None of the previous discussions seemed to explain anything that is helpful to me.

You should have read my Guides.. thing is, you need to check daily if the Pack you need is in store rotation (-> check STORE-packs)
