I have the season pass do I not get the year 2 DLC?
I bought the season pass a long time ago, so do I not get the Year 2 DLC?

Nope, there's a year 2 season pass because Ubisoft thinks they're special.

The current Splinter Cell tie in mission is part of their free additional PvE missions. Kind of like how the Predator mission was free. The Season 2 pass will be primarily for PvP related stuff from what I can tell. So ya, comes with the base game.
