Steam right now:
Pretty awesome for a tactical shooter that just had 5th birthday last week
Time zone might be our enemy here since I'm at GMT +7

Don´t be mistaken, WILDLANDS can be very grindy, but that depends on YOUR goals for this games. You can literally SKIP 800hours of farming by not going for special weapons, skins and stuff - all while being competitive, IF you have (develop) the skills.
I´ve seen some Tier01 players that still play like advanced Noobs
That said finding the right people and playing tactically can eat up your weekend easily.
One reason is that UBIsoft made the GRIND optional and fun ..meaning you can start/stop whenever you feel like it
Btw, Coop can be superior tactical fun, IF your team knows the missions and everyone has their favourite weapons maxed.
I admit that some Playstyles are only working well once 150+ hours into the game, once you know the enemies, movements, skills and learn to use your Gadgets.
As a result you will play way more tactical, which is required for lower Tiermode and especially GhostMode (Permadeath)
Make sure you and your friends read the Gear-Guide (aka "dark secrets of weaponry")
