Sam Fisher mission

I'm not far into the game but triggered this. It looks like suicide! I think I will have to come back at some other time way down the line. What should I have in my arsenal for this mission? Any other tips? And when it is a good time to attempt it? I know I don't need to do this mission but I just want to for Splinter Cell feels.

For reference, I have over 900 hours, I have reached Tier 1, my main character is completely maxed out, etc.
I ligitimatly find this mission rather hard even on Arcade mode. And I tried this with a new character that wasn’t maxed on arcade, and I died several times and gave up.

Yes, this mission looks like suicide, and it is suicide. It is borderline impossible on tier mode (never did it), extremely hard on extreme (takes many tries, only did it once ever I think), and is difficult even on regular/arcade. When to try it:
> When maxed/near maxed out with full rebel support, fully modded weapons, and skill points.
> If not on Arcade, when you’re masochistic enough to replay it for literally hours. This is harder than the predator mission imo.
> If on Ghost Mode, just don’t.

First, destroy the generator from >500yds. (snipe) before selecting the mission, do not leave the area again before finishing.
Switch to Easy difficulty and switch back (turn on Tier) when moving away from the compound.

things needed to this easily,

1.) max rebel recon skill
2.) unlock medic drone
3.) either tac50 or desert tech hti btc sniper rifle to blow up incoming reinforcemnet with one sniper shot
4.) helicopter spawn ability unlocked

first take a heli and parachute jump onto sam fisher buidling , land near his door . Now place some mines at your convenient places. And locate the drone jammer. Now go talk to sam, and as soon as gunfight starts , first toss a grenade at jammer and blow it up. Then wait for sam to finish ( u can use rebel recon to identify enemies location) and help out the teammates and then call heli and flee with sam . Be careful with incoming heli , take them out with sniper rifle.
Do this on arcade only . Even normal mode is okay. Dont go any higher diffculty than that.

P.S - If this mission is asked for weekly challenge on extreme using only sniper rifle, here is easy way. DO as i told above , except before taking Sam back to Bowman , go to location ( stated in challenge ) with sam in heli , now activate extreme diffculty and now fly back to bowman.

In other words I have a long way to go before doing this mission. Good to know. I've already ran away when I unlocked the Predator one. I still have lots to explore so I'll come back to it when I'm more prepared.
