You don't have to kill everyone to get to the chopper. Just the guys near it. The two guards guarding it on the sides, the pair patrolling toward the rear of the chopper and the sniper on the watch tower to the right of the main entrance to the base.
Second, once you get to the part where the enemy helos appear, take out the one which shoots rockets at you or just try to evade it, it's not that hard, and just keep going past the RP toward Tabacal, where you will lose the Unidad alert status. Once that's done, head to the RP, land and take out the choppers from the ground if they come at you. Or could also go well into Tabacal where the Unidad choppers will despawn.

the trick is dashing forward as fast as possible within 15m altitude only, then dive down as u enter the canyon, keep diving till 20m or less, then ur wont get missile lock
I hate this kind of missions.
