Stuck at mission "operation silent spade"
I am tired of having to retry this single player mission over and over again. Once I fly the helicopter (the one carrying uranium) out of the canyon, unidad choppers immediately discover me and shoot me down. It's too hard to evade them or shoot them down. Then I have to restart in the enemy base and start all over again by first killing all unidad soldiers before I can steal the chopper.

Searched for a cheat code to autowin this mission or a god mode but pressing Numpad Enter does not bring up any console, so I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Here's the deal:

You don't have to kill everyone to get to the chopper. Just the guys near it. The two guards guarding it on the sides, the pair patrolling toward the rear of the chopper and the sniper on the watch tower to the right of the main entrance to the base.

Second, once you get to the part where the enemy helos appear, take out the one which shoots rockets at you or just try to evade it, it's not that hard, and just keep going past the RP toward Tabacal, where you will lose the Unidad alert status. Once that's done, head to the RP, land and take out the choppers from the ground if they come at you. Or could also go well into Tabacal where the Unidad choppers will despawn.

I played it at Tier 19 with just one try, how about that?

(If you don't count the fact that I landed with my face first on the rocks below me at the HALO jump point)

I knew I would get this kind of answers. All pro gamers here. But I'm not, I admit I'm a noob. So you win. Feel good now?

Thanks a lot _MaZ_TeR_ this helped me to cut down on the time eliminating soldiers in base. As you said, you don't need to kill all of the unidad soldiers, only the ones near the helicopter. Once out of the canyon, I shot the chopper carrying missiles right in front of me while evading his missiles by climbing. Then I raced towards the LZ. Once on the ground, I shot 2 enemy choppers with my underbarrel grenade launcher while hiding behind a rock. Glad this mission is over.

I killed almost everyone in the base out of spite, only to be shot down by the first fu**ing missile from the right as I was diving into the canyon with this pig of a vehicle. Stupid mission with awful checkpoint choice. Leaving this stupid base.

Kozak : "Only way to get past is fly low through that canyon, do you think you can manage that?"
Nomad: "Only one way to find out"
Kozak: "If they take a lock on us we're finished"

the trick is dashing forward as fast as possible within 15m altitude only, then dive down as u enter the canyon, keep diving till 20m or less, then ur wont get missile lock

After that what BlueLightning said, follow the canyon, then at the end you could just fly back into the canyon to hide from the helicopters. Should be able to loose the choppers easily. Works fine every time, even on tier mode.

Fly Low

This mission would be a lot less tedious if Ubisoft had a half-way decent checkpoint system. I mean come on, was it too hard to spawn the player in the helicopter to start the final portion? Having to listen to the "BuT wE hAvE tEh UrAnIuM" line was the worst part.

I´m really tired of trying this mission with an only one checkpoint. Can anyone tell me if this mission it´s neccesary for following in the game?
I hate this kind of missions.

it took me a few tries too. The tick is to spot everyone in your path. I personally went out the door and left and killed the guards standing still, but let the walking patrol go on their way down the street. I then killed the two across the street and turned off the generator. Then got on the other side of the barriers and killed the guy below the sniper. You only need to kill 2 guys next to the chopper, 2 guys patrolling near it and the sniper in the tower overlooking the heli pad.

The problem is when I am in the helicopter and start shoot me while I am flying near the floor.
