Hey there,
Are you still experiencing this issue after updating your drivers?
- Ubisoft Support
My guess it has something to do with the engine itself. Lots of people having this issue with this game and also The Division. No real answers from ubisoft
Can I just check if the crashing is happening when you Alt + Tab at any specific time?
Many thanks
-Ubisoft Support🦆
Using Alt + Tab to tab in and out of the game can sometimes cause the Ram to work overtime as the computer switches between programs and uses more resources that sometimes causing the game to crash as it exceeds the usage of ram it has been designated by the game.
Did you have to overclock your ram to get it to that speed or was it not set up in the bios out of curiosity? Please let us know if the issue occurs again. We can always take a look at your case number as well if the issue persists.
